Butch is an AFA Certified Journeyman Farrier and the owner of Oregon Farrier School. He loves the freedom that comes with being a farrier — setting his own schedule and building great relationships with his clients and students. He is passionate about the trade and about teaching it. Driven to see students excel both in and after the program, his goal is for every student to succeed in the industry and become an AFA certified farrier and journeyman.

Eric is a farrier who is passionate about helping horses feel and perform to their highest potential. He is a graduate of Oregon Farrier School and, since finishing the program, has grown a thriving business in the Willamette Valley. He takes pride in his work and always strives to do his best in both shoeing and teaching.

Built on American Farrier's Association standards

We teach and follow the standards and concepts held by the AFA, and our students are trained and encouraged to complete the lower- and upper-level certifications the association offers.
